Zhongshan Bio-Tech Co., Ltd. was jointly set up by Sun Yat-sen University and Jonjee Hi-Tech Industrial & Commercial Holding Co., Ltd.. The company has obtained certificate of GMP issued by State Drug Administration of China, and certificate of ISO9001:2000 Quality Management Sytem issued by British Standards Institution(BSI) for in vitro diagnostic reagents. The factory is located at Torch Hi-tech Development Zone, Zhongshan, Guangdong, P.R. China. The company went into production in January of 1993.
Zhongshan Bio-Tech relies on the technical support from Sun Yat-sen university and also has established close technical cooperation with other famous research institutes and manufactures both at home and abroad. The company has established the technology of genetic engineering, cellular engineering, bio-chemical engineering and immune labeling etc. Owing to the strong technical support of basic sciences and clinic medicines, such as infectious diseases, the company's capability of R&D and the quality of the products come out the top list of the field in this country.
